How long will it take to get my gear?

We move fast. Orders usually process in 2–4 business days, then ship out with standard delivery (typically 3–7 business days). Once your order’s on the way, you’ll get tracking info straight to your inbox.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet — right now, we’re U.S. only. But global domination is on the horizon. Stay tuned.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yeah, no problem. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as your gear is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Need a new size or color? Just return the original and grab the one you want before it sells out.

How do I start a return?

Hit us up at Brett@Assassin-Clothing.com with your order number and what’s going on. We’ll send you return instructions and the right address.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Nope — shipping costs are non-refundable. That fee covers getting your order safely out the door and into your hands.

My package says “delivered,” but it’s MIA. Now what?

If the carrier marked it delivered but it’s gone rogue, contact them to file a claim. Once an order’s marked “delivered,” Assassin Clothing Company isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages — but we’ll help point you in the right direction.

What if my order shows up damaged?

Not cool. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — fast.
